Privacy Policy

Effective date: 14 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AppSolutely (“AppSolutely”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our managed web-development platform and related services (the “Service”). We act as a data controller for the personal data described here. Where we process data on behalf of a customer to build and operate their website, we act as a data processor under that customer’s instructions, as governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

1. Who we are

The controller responsible for your personal data is AppSolutely. For any privacy question, contact us at info@appsolutely.services.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers used to create and secure your account.
  • Customer content: the descriptions, requests, files, and other material you submit so we can build, change, and operate your website.
  • Billing data: subscription, plan, and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.
  • Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser information, and similar technical signals generated when you use the Service.

3. How we use your data and our lawful basis

We process personal data on the following GDPR lawful bases:

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide the Service, process your requests, build and host your website, and manage your subscription.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): to secure, maintain, and improve the Service, prevent abuse, and respond to your inquiries.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where required, for optional communications and for any non-essential cookies or analytics.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): to meet accounting, tax, and other statutory requirements.

4. AI processing

Change requests are processed by an automated pipeline of AI agents that design, build, and deploy the requested changes. Your customer content may be sent to AI model providers solely to fulfil your request. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customer content to train third-party foundation models. Nothing goes live on your site until you approve it.

5. Service providers (processors)

We rely on a small number of trusted infrastructure providers to deliver the Service, by function: cloud hosting, database, transactional email, authentication, file storage, payment processing, and AI model inference. These providers process data only on our instructions and under appropriate data-processing agreements. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for the period required to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Customer content is retained while your site is operated by us and removed in line with our deletion processes after account closure.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, secret management, and tenant isolation so that one customer’s data is not accessible to another. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and review our measures regularly.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@appsolutely.services. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority. We extend the core data-protection rights described in this policy to all users, wherever located; where your local law grants you additional or mandatory rights, those continue to apply.

9. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service. Any non-essential cookies or analytics are loaded only with your consent, managed through the consent controls presented on the relevant site.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated where required.

12. Contact
